Dalgona Coffee with Dark Chocolate

Dalgona coffee which recently become very famous on internet . You can make this coffee hot as well as cold.

This coffee has so many names Dalgona  coffee , whipped coffee , cloud coffee etc.

So , if you want to learn how to make , follow this recipe with only 4 ingredients

**  Ingredients

 1 glass of cold milk

 2  teaspoon coffee powder

 2 teaspoons sugar (crushed)

 2 tablespoons Hot water

 3-4 cubes of ice

 1 tablespoon Chocolate syrup

 2 tablespoons grated Dark Chocolate

 :-: How to make :-:

 In a large glass bowl, take Coffee powder, Sugar and add hot water

 Now mix all the ingredients and stir well until the mixture of coffee, sugar and water turns into foam (I did it with a hand whisker so it took 15 minutes) to foam.

 Once the mixture becomes soft like foam, it is ready

 Now take a serving glass and apply chocolate syrup around the glass then add ice cubes and add cold milk.

 And then add the coffee foam mixture to the milk. Now garnish it with grated dark chocolate and let it cool.
