Paneer Tikka Dry

Recipe Name: - Paneer Tikka Dry



 The dishes in the side dish are different according to the choice of each.  Such as pickles, sauces,  raita , salads .. Use yogurt for raita and use onion and capsicum, cheese for salad so my choice is masala paneer..so I have made Paneer Tikka Dry ..

INGERDIENTS :- 

 100 grams of Paneer 

 1 bowl yogurt  (hung curd)

 1 medium piece of capsicum

 1 medium piece of onion

 4 tablespoons corn flour

 2 tablespoons Red chilly powder

 1 tablespoon coriander cumin powder

 1 tsp Kasuri methi (optional)

 1 tablespoon turmeric powder

 1 tablespoon amchoor powder

 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

 1/2 teaspoon mix herbs

 Salt to taste

 Mayonnaise as needed

 :-: How to make Paneer Tikka Dry :-:

 In a bowl, make Medium pieces of Paneer ,   Capsicum and Onion. 

 Now in a  other bowl add Yogurt (Curd) , Red chilly powder, Turmeric powder, Cumin powder, Coriander powder, Amchoor powder, Kasuri methi , cornflour, Mix herbs, Chili flakes, Salt and mix it  well.

 Mix pieces of Paneer ,   Medium squre pieces of Capsicum &  onion in it.  Cover and keep a side for 30 minutes or more.  (Also put in the freezer).

 Now turn on the gas and mix ghee and butter in a pan and heat.  

Add the Paneer , Capsicum  & Onion to it and let it cook on medium fast gas.

  Stir gently for 2 - 2 minutes.  And let it brown.  Turn off the gas. paneer tikka dry becomes faster

Paneer tikka dry... Ready to serve


 **Yogurt can be taken more or less .. to make it a little thicker than Bhajiya better
