 2 layer dessert 


Ingredients :-


 250 grams of papaya (1/2 papaya)


 2 tablespoons ghee


 1 tablespoon milk powder


 1 tablespoon fresh cream


 1/4 cup milk


 1 teaspoon sugar


 For Rabdi


 1 cup milk


 1/4 cup milk powder


 1 teaspoon sugar


 1 pinch Yellow color (optional)


 To decorate the cashews


 Steps to make :-


 Peel a Papaya , grate it and squeeze the juice.  So it becomes like a pulp.


 


 Now turn on the gas, heat the ghee in a pan, add the crushed papaya and mix. Heat well.


 


 Then add milk powder and mix.  Then add milk cream and milk and mix well. (When adding powder, be careful not to get lumps, so if possible, slow down the gas flame and add powder and mix.)

 Stir well until the papaya mixture thickens.  When the mixture thickens, turn off the gas. 

 So papaya halwa is ready


 Now mix the milk and milk powder in a pan for Rabdi .  Then turn on the gas and when the milk is hot, add sugar.  (Keep the amount of sweetness as desired)



 Stir until the milk thickens.  When it thickens, turn off the gas and keep stirring the milk for 2 minutes so that it does not stick to the bottom.  Add a pinch of food coloring in hot milk.  Ready  Rabdi.  (I haven't used any flavors, )


 Now cool the papaya halva and Rabdi  and serve.  Garnish with papaya pieces.  Enjoy 2 layer dessert.
